1: Now a days keyboards having right click button in thier keyboard Click RIGHT CLICK BUTTON + N
2: Press SHIFT+F10+N
3: Right Click on Mouse and Press N
Note: Make Sure Desktop is selected
In The Same Way You Can Refresh , Just Change The Letter 'N' To 'E'

You may go through the control panel or right-click on the desktop and choose Personalize. Select multiple desktop background pictures, save the settings. Any time you then right-click on the desktop there'll always be the option for "Next desktop background". Works in my Windows 7 Ultimate.
